Billius Weasley is a young party animal, only in his fifth year he’s known for throwing raging parties in the Room of Requirement.  He’s the younger brother of Arthur Weasley but somehow he’s always mistaken as a cousin.  Billius is naive, and doesn’t understand war.  He doesn’t realize what’s going on outside of Hogwarts, and isn’t concerned.  You couldn’t convince him one way or another to join any sort of movement.  He’s happy to be at school with his friends and his fire whiskey.
